TPS Diamond System (Terrazzo Polishing)

The TPS Diamond System by STI is an easy-to-follow, 7-step terrazzo polishing system that surpasses all expectations. Made only of high quality materials according to STI's strict standards, TPSs are guaranteed for long life & fast results, which equal HUGE savings in time and money. Unlike coatings that wear off, the TPS system (as well as all of STI's diamond systems) creates a TRUE mechanical shine. The TPS shine lasts for years and requires much less maintenance to maintain the beauty of the floor. The TPS diamonds are a 3-inch diameter, coordinated metal- and resin-bonded diamond system that produces a polished concrete floor using any of the eight models of Prep/Master® machines. The TPS System is only to be used dry for steps #1, #2 & #3 and wet only for steps #4, #5, #6 & #7 and in sequence as numbered by tools #1 through #7. All tools are painted orange or use orange Velcro to indicate a matched system. Approximate life of the TPS metal-bonds is 12,000-30,000 SF. Approximate life of the TPS resin-bonds is 15,000 SF, and the STI Grout Pans is 10,000 SF. (Refer to the TPS Technical Data Sheet on STI's website for more detailed information.)
