We are looking for a skilled Accounts Receivable clerk for our western ND branches. Regular working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday located at our branch in Bismarck ND.
Duties
Essential Job Functions:
- Prepare remote bank deposits and
apply payment to customer accounts
- Responsible for accurate and timely
invoicing in collaboration with the sales departments
- Help work with salespeople for
accurate coding
- Coordinate lien waivers and ensure
proper payment for signature
- Setup new customers in ERP system
- Maintain both paper and electronic
files in an organized manner
- Work with coworkers and customers on
any discrepancies
- Assist with monthly closing process
- Compile various state sales tax
filings
- Maintain strong accounts receivable
procedures
- Backup to other
accounting/administrative roles
- Other applicable projects or duties
as assigned

Qualifications

We are looking for a skilled Mechanic/Service Manager to assemble, maintain and repair concrete construction machinery along with handling the repair scheduling and work orders. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and reliability of machines, engines and mechanical systems. An excellent mechanic must have manual dexterity and great attention to detail. They must be able to work with various machines and tools as well as follow all safety precautions. Experience in concrete construction or the construction industry is required.

- Type up work orders.
- Build and assemble machines or

- Inspect machines, engines,
transmissions etc. and run diagnostic tests to discover functionality
- Conduct repairs aiming for maximum

- Clean and apply lubricants to

- Replenish fluids and components of
