We are looking for a skilled Mechanic/Service Manager to assemble, maintain and repair concrete construction machinery along with handling the repair scheduling and work orders. You will be responsible for ensuring the functionality and reliability of machines, engines and mechanical systems. An excellent mechanic must have manual dexterity and great attention to detail. They must be able to work with various machines and tools as well as follow all safety precautions. Experience in concrete construction or the construction industry is required.

The position involves City Desk, taking customer orders in person and over the phone, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a professional relationship with established and potential customers, organizing work schedules, and daily store duties with employees. Some warehouse duties will apply as needed. Forklift experience preferred.

Duties

The Branch Manager position

Requires a diverse set of skills to effectively oversee the daily operations of
the Rapid City branch. The ideal candidate should possess strong management
skills to lead and motivate a team, as well as experience in POS systems,
purchasing, and inventory control. Customer service is a key aspect of this
role, along with construction counter sales expertise to drive revenue. Additionally,
proficiency in cash handling, retail math, and forecasting is essential for
success in this position. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for
training and developing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and
managing overall branch performance.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily branch
operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory control
