SureCrete Design Products

SureCrete Design Products is a manufacturer of decorative and specialty concrete products. We manufacturer over 1,400 products from our central Florida plant. Our products have been specifically formulated to resurface concrete floors, walls, ceilings, countertops, and architectural castings. We out grew our original office in Zephyrhills, Florida and now reside in Dade City in our 120,000 sq. ft. facility. What has SureCrete done for the concrete industry? SureCrete has always desired to simplify cement technology so that the applicator can use their talents solely on their craftsmanship rather than being a chemist. In 1999, SureCrete formulated the industry’s first full line of single component overlay bag mixes. This technology allowed for a zero VOC, self-bonding, just add water formula that delivered the strongest freeze thaw bond strength of an overlay to concrete to date. In 2005, they released Eco-Stain. An environmentally friendly concrete stain that allowed for 30 standard colors to be applied to both concrete and concrete overlays. The nature of this product allows for LEED points by eliminating waste water, utilizing the existing surface with no waste material, zero VOC, and fast application of sealer or coatings for low maintenance lifecycle. 2007 was a hard business year for all in the USA, as we saw the housing industry tank. But that year was a monumental time for SureCrete users as it saw the release of the Xtreme Series line of products. For the first time one manufacturer could produce all materials needed to create GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete) and be backed by one label. Xtreme Series was a 2-component hybrid GFRC technology that boosted the industry’s highest compressive, flexural, and tensile strengths. XS Precast was released as the pourable technology. XS GFRC Face and XS Backer were the sprayable versions, while the XS Terrazzo mixed allowed for the addition of 150% load of post-consumer recycled content. 2010 saw additions to the Xtreme Series lineup as fireproof lightweight castings mixes were released called XS Lightweight Plus. Finally in 2012, SureCrete released maybe the most impressive technology to date. ON DEMAND Coatings system allowed local building supply stores to offer commercial grade technology to all their customers like the big box stores. The ON DEMAND Tinting system boasts 228 stock colors for instant tinting of solvent based acrylics, water based acrylics, low VOC solvent based acrylics, water based epoxies, epoxy 100% solids, and water based urethanes. In just a few minutes a store can color a commercial grade coating with the accuracy and speed of paint tinting system. The colorants used in the ON DEMAND system are specifically designed for concrete eliminating the fade, color distortion from alkalinity, whiting, blushing, and other issues seen in typical concrete paints.

SureCrete XS-Precast Countertop Mix SureCrete Design Products	SureCrete’s XS-Precast concrete countertops mix is a commercial grade pourable casting mix. Our patented blend is formulated with everything in the bag and is available in gray or white cement based. Mix one bag of countertop concrete powder, one-gallon liquid modifier additive, any color of your choice, mix and pour. It’s just that easy. Coverage 50 lb bag = approx 9.8 square foot @ 1/2″, 7.2 square foot @ 3/4″ or roughly 0.43 cubic foot. Micro Topping - Microtek One Coat SureCrete Design Products	MicroTek™ One Coat Micro Topping is a thin concrete overlay mix that can be applied on floors and walls. Available in a white or gray mix, our thin overlay can be colored with any of our 30 standard overlay colors. This product is the go to micro-topping for wood look and faux tile systems.
